The release schedule begins when you start the course and watch the first lesson, with new content becoming available each week thereafter. Throughout the program, you’ll work toward improving front and side splits, pancakes, spinal bridges, spinal alignment, body control, mobility, flexibility, and strength throughout the shoulders, hips, and core. Each week includes a detailed theory session, and every drill is demonstrated and explained in its own dedicated video to provide clear, step-by-step guidance throughout your training journey. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. Upon successful completion of all five monthly payments and once the guided drip-release schedule has fully run its course, you will receive lifetime access to the complete course and all associated materials.  If a scheduled payment fails or the payment plan becomes delinquent, access to the course will be temporarily suspended until the payment issue has been resolved. Once your account is brought up to date, access will be restored, and all of your progress will remain intact, allowing you to continue exactly where you left off.

Can I combine this course with my current training program?

Yes. You can use the weekly session as a warm up before your main workout or as a cool down. The course falls into the flexibility and mobility category, so it pairs well with strength training, cardio, and skill work.

What equipment do I need?

Most sessions require only a mat and a bit of space. Some weeks suggest a light resistance band or yoga block, but everything mostly can be done without equipment if needed.
