How this course is structured

This is the same Hollow Body course that is also available with immediate full access. The difference is that this version follows a guided drip-release schedule designed to encourage a slower and more thorough learning process. Week 1 is available immediately upon enrolment, with each subsequent week unlocking every two weeks. This schedule reflects the amount of theory and drills included in the course and provides additional time to practice and explore each topic before moving forward. Once all three payments have been completed and the drip-release schedule has fully run its course, you will retain lifetime access to the entire course. If you prefer to access all course materials immediately, a separate version of this course is also available with a one-time payment option that provides instant access to the entire program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. Once all three payments have been completed and the drip-release schedule has fully run its course, you will retain lifetime access to the entire course. All lessons, theory sessions, drill demonstrations, guided practices, and course materials will remain available to you for future reference and continued practice. Should a scheduled payment fail, access to the course will be temporarily suspended until the payment issue has been resolved. Your progress, completed lessons, and course history will be preserved and will not be lost. Once the payment issue has been resolved, your access will be restored and you may continue the course from where you left off.

Can I combine this course with my current training program?

Yes. You can use the weekly session as a warm up before your main workout or as a cool down. The course falls into the flexibility and mobility category, so it pairs well with strength training, cardio, and skill work.

What equipment do I need?

Most sessions require only a mat and a bit of space. Some weeks suggest a light resistance band or yoga block, but everything mostly can be done without equipment if needed.
